Someday We’ll All Be Free

I applied my heart to what I observed and learned a lesson from what I saw…..

Proverbs 24:32 NIV

I am going to ride on the back of Sister Minceys book of choice and highlight one of her favorite books in the bible, Proverbs. I know for a fact that the sister has a yearning for knowledge and the knowledge she obtains helps her to get a better understanding. With this understanding of her new-found knowledge she receives a wisdom that the majority of us will never obtain in this lifetime. I salute her for all of her endeavors in her quest to getting closer to the Creator. As for the rest of us I say, Someday We’ll All Be Free.

Society has imprisoned simple-minded people by imposing iron-like customs and traditions to trap you like caged animals. These traditions arecalled institutions of health, education and politics of modern-day society. If we go along with societies programs we are considered perfectly “normal” yet, when questioning establishments you become a “misfit” or “outcast” to those who practice group-think. Sadly,we have become an institutionalized race so much so that we dare to even step outside the box. Stepping outside the box is the first step in finding out answers to questions they refuse to tell you, granting you knowledge of self and weapons to help guard you with everyday trials. Sister MinceyandI are leading by example.Through our actions, speech and expressions we stride to enlighten, uplifted and motivated others. These are essential steps one must take in order to obtain better understandings. As far as the rest of us; someday well all be free.

Desire knowledge of the rules, divine law and laws of society. Once we obtain these things we must then use this knowledge to fulfill our own purposes without offending anyone in the process. This can only be done by those who have a very good understanding of their surroundings, goals and purposes. People, with the right wisdom you can become free and when you become free, you will refuse to continue to trade in one set of chains for another. Once you release those mental chains you will realize freedom comes from within. Freedom is generated within your mind. Like scripture teaches us to speak life or death, we should speak freedom and knowledge of self. We haven chosen to liberate our thought processes, when will be your time to help?

Freedom is now! Only those who seek knowledge for themselves are wise enough to understand this fact. They do not wait for others to interpret reality for them. You can not live your own life being dependent upon others to tell you what you should and should not do for your own well-being. If you don’t know what’s good for you, how can you expect someone else to tell you what’s good for you? We offer valuable information because we are concerned with the well-being of others but, we could not make strides until we put our own foot first! Ultimately, the choice is yours because we can only do so much brothers and sisters. Challenge and question, whydo you choose towait? Then again, Someday we’ll all be free.

I leave you with this thought, especially for my brothers out here because we are the ones who are completely lost. Your learning experience is a personal thing. Never mind what Brother Malcolm did. Forget what 2 Pac would have done, you must find your own way. Yes, Dr. King had a beautiful Dream but, when are we as men going to make this a reality? The Creator can’t do anything with a dead man and if so he would have called them all back to the living. He is waiting on you black man to activate the God in you! Let’s open our eyes to this thought brothers: We are not telling you how to learn, we are only telling you things to study, helping to point you in the right direction but, leaving it up to you to get there. Sister Mincey likes to see her brothers progressing but, loves it even more when a man takes the lead and takes back what is rightfully his. We will rise above society when we learn more about it; we will get closer to the Creator when we learn to get a better understanding of him. We will become who we are destined to be for our women and children when we unlock the wisdom that’s embedded in us. Yashua said in John 8:32, Ye shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free. With this I’m sure that someday we’ll all be free.

This is a powerful essay from a powerful brother! I can’t believe all this time while we were training and building you up for perfection that you would become the man who you are today! A young Malcolm at his best and a freedom fighter like Khalid, you are what this generation needs. I’m going to spread the word of your efforts brother Crewe and if there is anything you ever need please feel free to let me know. Continue to enlighten and give back what was lost for without struggle there is no progress.

    Blessings
